In 2011, the company oversaw the China Data Center business.
In 2012, Citigroup Software Technology and Services (Shanghai) Limited was officially renamed to Citigroup Software Technology and Services (China) Limited, and absorbed Citigroup Data Processing (Shanghai) Co., Ltd and Citigroup Management Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.,.
In 2014, Citigroup Software Technology and Services (China) Limited was officially renamed to Citigroup Services and Technology (China) Limited (CSTC).
